Weathers Electric, Inc has been in business in Columbus, Mississippi since 1980. The business was founded as a joint
venture between father and son, Marvin and Dan Weathers. Our company began with a commitment to our customers
and an attitude of responsibility for our service. We still believe today that our customers should get what they pay for;
high quality work at a fair price.
In the beginning, our business consisted of mostly residential work with some commercial work.
However, in 1982, we completed our first industrial project. It was during this time that we saw the
need for incorporating and we accomplished this in 1984.
We continued pursuing industrial electrical projects, both new construction and maintenance
contracts. Many of these contracts entered into in the 1980s are still active today.
Weathers Electric, Inc possesses an impeccable reputation in the electrical field. This is founded
on our commitment to safety, our customers, and their projects. Our experience is unmatched in the
electrical construction and maintenance field.
We employ skilled journeyman electricians, apprentices, helpers, a full time estimator
and project manager, safety director, and a full office staff to meet the needs of our customers. Our President, Dan Weathers remains as
committed as the very first day in 1980 when Weathers Electric was formed.
In addition to our highly trained employees, we also have the necessary equipment available to complete each project thoroughly,
accurately, and in a timely manner. From computerized conduit benders to digger and bucket trucks, we continually keep up with the
advances in tools and equipment available to provide the best service to our customers.
Weathers Electric's reputation for safety and quality continues today and our goal is still total customer satisfaction. We look forward
to serving our customers and providing them with the best available workmanship at the best price.
Quality is never an accident.
It is the result of focused
training and meticulous effort.
